Cancellation Policy

Cancellation before assignment of a writer:

If a customer wishes to cancel or revise a service before a writer has been assigned, they can do so at no additional cost. Since no writer has been appointed, no tangible work has commencedand the customer can opt for a different service or cancel altogether.

Cancellation after assignment of a writer:

Once a writer has been assigned to an order, if a customer chooses to terminate the service, no refund will be provided. The assigned writer deserves compensation for the work they have already begun.

Double Charging

In the event that a customer has been charged twice for the same service or has received duplicate payment confirmations or invoices from our payment partners such as PayPal or other payment gateways, we request the customer to contact our management team and provide the relevant documents via email. The excess payment will be refunded promptly to the customer's wallet.

Unavailability of Writer

While we make every effort to find suitable writers for assignments, there may be rare instances where we are unable to do so. In such cases, we guarantee a refund of the charged amount, which will be credited to the customer's wallet.

Rework Policy

Our website's 100% satisfaction policy ensures that the assigned writer will revise the assignment until the customer is satisfied with the work. However, rework requests will not be entertained after a 60-day timeframe from the acceptance of the assignment.

Dissatisfactory Results

We strive to provide the best services and deliver excellent assignment outcomes. In the unlikely event that an assignment is deemed a "“failure”" by the examiner, we deeply regret the outcome and promise to provide a refund of up to 100%. To initiate the refund process, the customer must provide authentic proof of failure via email within 31 days of accepting the completed assignment from the writer. Upon establishing cause and effect, we will take appropriate action, including terminating the assigned writer.

Provision of Details

Customers are responsible for providing all necessary documents and instructions. In the rare case of a delay in delivering the work, the assigned writer will ensure the production of high-quality content to avoid any negative impact on the overall grades.

Note: Refunds will be processed only to the student's AssignmentHelperMalaysia.co wallet. No cash or bank account refunds will be provided. In the case of double payments, the additional amount will be adjusted in the customer's subsequent assignments.
