Organisational Strategy in a Dynamic World
Please can you have a look at the attached assessment brief and let me know if this can be done- The assessment needs to reflect the organisation i work for- attached operational plan and strategy for the trust i work for. Also there needs to be specifics using PESTLE model, SWOT, Critical factors etc. I can provide some powerpoints used during the teaching day if that helps-
